This involves detailed current sales system and coming up with what seems to be working and otherwise. After this, a proposal will be drawn and a request for training placed. The training will cover key weakness to strengthen the sales force and customer care teams. We can also train staff on basic customer care principles that will ensure the client is retained and any complaints are appropriately dealt with.
